Note to EU customers: due to new Customs rules I can't send toys to EU anymore. If you decide to buy a toy from me I will try to send it to you as 'crochet keychain' or 'figurine', but you must realize that it won't always work, so buy at your own risk. There won't be insurance or refund in case of loss of a package.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
I accept only secure PayPal payments, but if you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry! You still can make a PayPal payment with your credit card.
3. What are the shipping rates and delivery times?
SURPRISE! The shipping is FREE to most eligible countries! There is only a small additional charge of $5 for faraway countries (sorry, guys): Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Brazil and South Korea.
All products are shipped from my home in Tel Aviv city, Israel.
Sterling silver jewelry pieces are shipped exclusively by UPS Express Saver and should be delivered to your door in 2-4 days after shipment.
All other products are shipped by Eco Post Express International mail (10-14 days in transit, with tracking) and the large embroidered paintings will be shipped by EMS delivery service and would arrive in 5-10 days after shipment.
I will personally notify you when your package is send and provide you with tracking number.

No, I do not collect taxes on my products, and it means that additional payment may be collected by your local tax authorities (VAT tax, etc.). International tax laws vary from country to country and even from state to state, and it's absolutely impossible to take them all into consideration, but you can always consult your local tax authorities if it makes you worry.

All my products are one of a kind, so there simply can't be replacement, but I offer full refund in case that my product arrives damaged or gets lost in transition. Please, provide me with clear pictures of the damaged item and the packaging so I could fill a claim against Post Office afterwards.
If for some reason you don't like my product that you've ordered and received, you can contact me and ship it back within 14 days of delivery. Please note, that buyer pays the return shipping in such a case. I will issue full refund of your original payment after receiving the unwanted product.
