Sterling Silver Filigree Pendant with Large Peach Morganite – One-of-a-Kind Statement Necklace
When I found this large peach-colored lab-created morganite, I knew I wanted to create something truly special with it. It took me a while to decide on the right design. Around that time, I rescued two little kittens and had to stop doing silversmithing work at home. Luckily, I came across a small local jewelry workshop that agreed to help me bring my idea to life.
So this pendant became a collaboration — my design and their skilled craftsmanship. The result is a sterling silver filigree pendant built around this bright, peach-toned morganite. Lab-created gemstones are real; they share the same chemical and physical properties as those mined from the earth, but often have richer color and fewer natural flaws.
This particular stone is bold and full of light. I wanted to let it speak for itself, so I designed an airy, intricate filigree pattern that complements the gem without overpowering it. The pendant turned out exactly as I hoped — expressive, elegant, and unmistakably one of a kind.
It comes with the sterling silver chain shown in the photos.
