Celtic Wolf mixed media wall art for home, one of a kind Celtic gift, original artwork
Beautiful artwork showing a crisply drawn, stylized howling wolf (she-wolf) embellished with colorful folk designs, surrounded by a shiny, tangled mass of Celtic knots, sculptured by hand and pained with a variety of acrylic paints ranging in color from black to iridescent purple and turquoise.
The creation of this magnificent artwork was inspired by Creative Havens coloring book 'The Midnight Forest' composed by Lindsey Boylan, and the outline of the wolf also was taken from this book, but everything else was designed and created by Yanka, including the folk motifs and the rough, vine-like Celtic knots that surround the howling wolf.
