Sterling Silver Deer Pendant with Lace Agate – Unique Statement Jewelry from the “Culture Shock” Collection
I created this pendant as part of my “Culture Shock” jewelry collection, where I explore the meeting of traditions and materials — the contrast and harmony between nature, myth, and craftsmanship.
This piece is made of solid sterling silver using the lost-wax casting technique. The upper part forms a stylized image of a deer, a figure deeply rooted in Norse symbolism — graceful, powerful, and free. Below it rests a rare natural lace agate gemstone, softly patterned in earthy tones of cream, beige, and gray. The subtle layers in the stone reminded me of Nordic knitting designs — gentle, repetitive, and filled with quiet rhythm.
